| This surgerical illustration shows an open mumford procedure on the left SC joint. Incision made over the medial left clavicle and manubrium. Clavicle is resected with a saw and removed. Graft is taken from the semitendinosus tendon of the right leg. The graft is applied through the holes in the clavicle and manubrium in a figure 8 pattern. Surrounding soft tissue is then sutured into the gap. |
