| Surgical Repair of Rotator Cuff & Labrum Tears. Injuries to both right and left shoulder. Subacromial bursitis, rotator cuff partial thickness tear, anterior superior labrum tear and fraying, posterior superior labrum tears. Arthroscropic instruments are placed in the right shoulder and a shaver debrides the partial rotator cuff and anterior labrum tears. A subacrominal bursectomy is performed, a high speed bur resects the acromion tip and distal clavicle. Partial synovectomy. Removal of inflamed bursa. Left shoulder - a power shaver resects the frayed and torn labrum. The labrum is reattached with Nautilus sutures and a subacromial bursectomy is performed. Debrided labrum and capsule. |
